This card was issued by Melbourne television station HSV Channel 7 during 1962. It features TV personality Panda Lisner, who appeared on their children's program `The Happy Show' as the character Princess Panda. She and Happy Hammond, the host of the show, both joined the station the previous year after leaving GTV Channel 9.
These cards were produced to send to viewers who wrote to the station requesting a photograph or autograph of their favourite performer.
