This photograph belongs to the Kodak collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.
Kodak manufactured and distributed a wide range of photographic products to Australasia, such as film, paper, chemicals, cameras and miscellaneous equipment. Its client base included amateur and professional photographers, as well as specialist medical and graphic art professionals who used photography, x-ray and other imaging techniques.

Studio portrait (head and shoulders) of a man in woollen suit, white collared shirt and tie. Taken against black backdrop.
Physical Description
Black and white portrait photograph of male head and shoulders. Photograph is mounted in off-white bevelled card inside a rectangular wooden frame, painted black. The frame has black wooden backing with two folding rings for attaching to the wall. The backing board and nails have been removed for conservation reasons and are stored with the object.
