Summary

Brochure containing the entry guidelines, mailing instructions and prize categories for the 41st Kodak International Salon of Photography, England. Entries closed on January 1, 1976, so this brochure was likely released mid-1975. It features a heavily edited and stylised print on the cover, of Isambard Kingdom Brunel, a 19th century engineer.

The donor, Roy Porter, a draftsman at Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd, entered a 15 inch by 12 inch print titled, "It Won't Come Off', and he has written these details on the cover of this brochure.

This document highlights the international community of photographers and photographic enthusiasts that Kodak fostered. It was donated as part of the Kodak Oral History Project. It complements the Kodak Heritage Collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.
