Certificate of Purity issued by the Union Miniere du Haut Katanga, Brussels, certifying the purity of the radium salts contained in 15 platinum needles. Attached is a certificate issued by the Institut de Mesures des Substances Radioactives of the Universite Libre de Bruxelles, 1928.

Radium issued to Adelaide, South Australia, through the Commonwealth Department of Health.
