Yellow badge reading 'I Made Kodacolor at Coburg'. This was collected by former Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd employee Ian (Charlie) Yelland, who worked for Kodak Australasia in the Emulsion Department for 46 years, retiring in 1978.
This object complements the Kodak Heritage Collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.

It is possible that this badge was produced for the 50th anniversary of Kodacolor being made by Kodak Australasia in 1978, the year when Ian Yelland retired. Further research is required to confirm this date. Coburg started emulsion making operations in about 1960 so the badge cannot date earlier than this. -
