Letter from George Eastman, Director of Eastman Kodak Company to Thomas Baker, Managing Director of Australian Kodak Limited, dated 31 August 1910. Eastman discusses the following subjects: his recent vacation, Pathe, Lumiere, colour photography research at Rochester, non-inflammable film, improvement to 'N.I. Film', profits for the half year, sending the Eastman Kodak Balance Sheet to Australia, consent for Australian Kodak Ltd to carry over profits instead of distributing them as dividends, the Kingsway Property, and Special Extra Rapid Film.

This is one of 29 letters in an incomplete series of communications between Eastman and Baker.

This object is part of the Kodak collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.
