Letter from George Eastman, Director of Eastman Kodak Company to J Defendorf of Kodak Park, Rochester, dated 01 September 1910. Eastman discusses the difficulty of arranging a 'man' to come to Australia to train Australian Kodak staff in emulsions. He concludes the letter by querying Baker's retirement plans.

This object is part of the Kodak collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.
