Letter from Rudolph Speth, treasurer of Eastman Kodak Company, to Thomas Baker, Managing Director of Kodak Australasia Limited, dated 10 December 1912. Speth discusses giving George Eastman power of attorney regarding the signature of documents relating to share transfers. He also expresses regret at missing Baker on his last trip to Rochester.

This is one of 29 letters in an incomplete series of communications between Eastman and Baker.

This object is part of the Kodak collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.
