Colour photograph of Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd service managers posing for a group photograph whilst taking part in the 'Challenge of Change' training program, circa 1974. This was an Eastman Kodak initiative, conducted by Pennsylvania State University, to train Kodak Australasia staff at various levels in the American marketing and communications model at that time.

Peter Harvey worked for Kodak from1968 to 1998. He commenced in 1968 as a scientist, later moving into supply and distribution, then employee relations, before returning to the research laboratories as manager, a position he held for 20 years.

This image contributes to the Kodak Heritage Collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.
