Physical Description
Hardcover book, no dust jacket, black woven fabric covering. Spine decorated with title and author's name, and repeated tile motifs in faded gold. Orange endpapers. decorative wood block print on title page featuring Egyptian, Roman and English figures in three sides, surrounded b y laurel leaves on the left, and oak leaves on the right.
