Summary
This handkerchief was produced as a souvenir of the Disney animated film `Pinocchio', which was released in 1940. It features Pinocchio with the film's two main antagonists Honest John and Gideon.
It belonged to Emily Hannah Francis, of Garden City, and was part of a collection of 145 souvenir and commemorative handkerchiefs put together by Emily, sent to her by pen friends from around the world, up to the 1950s.
