Summary
This handkerchief was produced as a souvenir of the Paramount Studios animated film `Gulliver's Travels', which was released in 1939. It features a number of characters from the Land of Lilliput, the place where Gulliver visits, including Prince David, Gabby. the Florist, Horsey and the Guard Captain.
It belonged to Emily Hannah Francis, of Garden City, and was part of a collection of 145 souvenir and commemorative handkerchiefs put together by Emily, sent to her by pen friends from around the world, until the 1950s.
