Black and white photograph of the gelatine weighing stations in the east wing of Building 2, Emulsion Department, at the Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd factory, Coburg circa 1963. A bin stock of all gelatine in regular use is maintained and taken to either of two stations for weighing. These stations are equipped with exhaust hoods to reduce the dust problem.
The weighed gelatine is placed into cardboard fibre drums and despatched to the various operational rooms.
