Kodak Australasia executive John Joseph (JJ) Rouse, circa late 1930. He appears to be sitting at the front steps at the entry to his son Edgar's new house in Toorak.
John Joseph Rouse was a co-founder of Baker & Rouse and then was a founding managing director of Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd. His son Edgar Rouse was also a Kodak executive. Edgar started his career at Kodak in 1918, was a managing director of Kodak Australasia from 1928, and later succeeded his father John Joseph (JJ) Rouse in 1938.
