Summary

Booklet containing literature relating to Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd's application to the Australian Quality Prize, 1992. Held loosely within the booklet is a cover letter, a key of acronyms and abbreviations, a large yellow envelope containing an annual report to employees questionnaire & company goals, and a set of 23 photographs and five transparencies (images taken at the awards as well as staff portraits and a studio shot of the award). The booklet itself includes a table of contents and application form. It is broken up into a set of six tabs 1. Leadership, 2. Policy and Planning, 3. Information and Analysis, 4. People, 5. Customer Focus, 6. Quality of Process, Product and Service.

This document is part of the Kodak Heritage Collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.

Physical Description

Glossy spiral bound booklet with a folded up document pocket inside the front cover. The cover has a colour aerial view of the Coburg factory on the top half and text on a white background on the bottom. There are five smaller pictures printed across the middle of the cover (a warehouse interior, man near a digital display, two 35mm film boxes with a world map behind, 35mm film boxes in a factory machine, and a female mini-lab operator). Each of the six tabs within the booklet are colour coded.
