Summary

Colour slide of an operator cleaning the floor in Building 15, Camera, Reels & Sundries, at Kodak Australasia's factory in Coburg, circa 1980s. This building made reels to wind photographic film onto for 35mm, 16mm and 8mm film products, and also assembled cameras.

One of several colour slides originally housed in a cardboard box with a label address to Tonia Mercadante, Consumer Finishing. Images in the box are mostly of the Film & Paper Finishing Department, including workers and views of the Coburg site.

This object is part of the Kodak Heritage Collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.
