This object is part of the Kodak Heritage Collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.

Two women wearing white bakers or cooks uniforms are standing at a bench in a large commercial kitchen. The woman on the left is holding a rolling pin in both hands on a flattened piece of dough/pastry. The woman on the right is holding a basting brush in her right hand, which is brushing the surface of a pastry, and a stainless steel bowl in her left hand. There are three large trays in the foreground; one containing dough, one containing flour, and another containing what appears to be sliced apples.
