Physical Description
A figure of a bird carved from a single piece of softwood painted with natural pigments and incised. It is painted with red ochre and the head and top of the wings are painted with white pipe clay, the eyes outlined in black. The back is incised with images of fish and crayfish and painted with yellow ochre.
