The model was made by Mr Michael Molesworth and commissioned for display in the Melbourne Exhibition at Melbourne Museum, opening in September 2000.

Miniature figure of a man in a bowler hat, with light coloured hair, a short dark coat, beige shirt, light trousers and brown boots. The figure is holding a cup in his right hand, and a saucer in his left.
