Model of the cart from a 19th century street cart coffee stall.
The model was made by Mr Michael Molesworth and commissioned for display in the Melbourne Exhibition at Melbourne Museum, opening in September 2000.
Physical Description
Miniature wooden hand cart with two large wheels painted green. The body of the cart is fitted with shelving which contains a white milk jug, white cups and saucers and a silver metal tin. The handles of the cart extend out from beneath the middle shelf. There is a fabric cover over the top of the cart which has faded. There is fading indicates where cups and saucers were placed on top.
