Summary
Pairs of boomerangs are clapped together by men to make music during ceremonies in Arnhem Land. Boomerangs were not made at Milingimbi having been obtained from inland groups via established trade networks.

Physical Description
A boomerang made from a single piece of wood with a fluted upper concave surface. One end is are rounded and the other is squared off. The entire base is coloured with red ochre and the distal end is decorated with dots painted with white pipe clay.
