Physical Description
Coolamon. Long, deep, oblong shaped container rounded at either end. Sides are upright and slightly curved.Inner surface has been stained with a dark brown pigment. Outer surface is stained with a dark brown pigment then incised with a triangular and herringbone pattern to reveal lighter coloured wood. Sections are painted with a background of yellow and white ochre dot patterns.
