Summary
Etching by Ms Magdalena Moreno, dated 1996. Magdalena Moreno was born in Chile to a career diplomat, which established her interests in cross cultural dialogue and collaborations at a very young age. She trained as a visual artist, graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts in 1997. In 2000 she undertook an ethics research fellowship in Paris, based at UNESCO, moving into arts management upon her return to Australia.
