This jacket was designed and manufactured in Melbourne by Prue Acton P/L in circa 1970. It was part of a range made specially for Georges of Melbourne fashion parade.
It was originally worn by the donor, with crepe pants or a flip skirt (SH 960035.)
Physical Description
Black satin long sleeved 'bomber' jacket with zip front opening. The jacket is shirred at waist and cuffs with silver and black knit. The left side front of jacket is appliqued and embroidered with a palm tree decoration. Lined with black polyester.
