Physical Description
Off-the-shoulder style midi-length blue patch dress. The neckline has a wide ruffle in white on navy pinspots and thin shoulder straps with blue beads at ends. The skirt falls from the gathered neckline and is made up of floral,check and striped ruffled patches in shades of blue.
