Summary
This coat was designed and manufactured in Melbourne by Prue Acton P/L in 1971. There is a photo of the donor wearing this example in Vogue magazine Feb. 1971, as well as other photos of donor wearing coat in Paris, in the RMIT archives. According to the donor mock lambswool and the shag-look were both popular in the early 1970s. The original retail price was $63.
