This photograph, taken in the Block Arcade, one of Melbourne's busiest tourist attractions around 11:00 am on Monday 10th August 2020, shows an otherwise thriving hub in the centre of the city, but, on this day desolate due to the COVID-19 pandemic Lockdown throughout Melbourne.
