Jakas Soft Toys special 1956-1996 catalogue to celebrate 40 years as an Australian soft toy manufacturer.

An eight-page catalogue with 'new and old temptations' - images of past soft toy designs, newly available, current designs and the limited edition 'Scruffy 2' teddy bear. The soft toy Name, Size, Colour, Fabric and toy accessories are listed against labelled images of the soft toys in groups.

Jakas Soft Toys was a Melbourne-based company which designed and manufactured genuine high quality soft toys from 1956. Their range included teddy bears, golliwogs, animals and birds.

Jakas Soft Toys ceased production in the late 1990s outlasting many local toy manufacturers competing with cheaper overseas imports.
