Summary
Pair of hot pink felt slippers. Part of a costume worn by the donor, then Beverley McCallum, when she performed in an Education Department display in front of Queen Elizabeth II on her visit to Melbourne in 1954. Museum Victoria also holds a programme of the display - see SH94.504.
Physical Description
Pair of hot pink felt slippers. Both with separate insoles. Slippers are simple in design with a rounded toe. The insole is cream-coloured. The stitching is in brown and white. There is a piece of elastic sewn midway over the foot opening.
