Physical Description
Restraint garment consisting of a vest with a cross over tie at the bottom hem. It is made from cream cotton with a horizontal blue stripe. The tie is made from a different cream fabric. A white paper adhesive label has been attached to the rear centre of the garment it has text handwritten in blue ink.
