Physical Description
Restraining coat made of hessian and sewn together with thick string. Twelve reinforced holes at back of garment which would be fastened together with thick cord. The garment is made from a double layer of hessian; the patient's arms would have been put through two reinforced holes in the inner layer of hessian and covered and restrained by the outer layer of hessian.
