Physical Description
small child-size cape of navy-blue woollen material with widely spaced, fine, white stripes. Lined with crinkly grey, cotton material. Spread out cape is oblong shape, rounded on bottom corners and with shallow, rounded piece cut out for neck. Shaped slightly by dart on each shoulder. Designed to be draped over the shoulders and held in place by 2 tabs (of same material) to left of neck which attaches to 2 metal buttons on right.
