Summary
Plunger mechanism circa 1920 that may have been used in a toilet cistern in a mental health hospital in Victoria Australia. Inner parts may have been made by hand.
Physical Description
Metal object, consists of an outer cup with metal handle, holding three circular metal fittings inside the cup. Attached to the handle with a chain is a wooden long handle. The outer cup has a small hole in the centre of its base.
