Physical Description
Clear glass apothecary's jar with round, flat base, straight sides, shoulders sloping slightly up to broad, short neck with protruding rim. Has glass stopper with flat, circular, horizontal top which is too small to fit tightly (probably a substitute). Contained a clear liquid which has now crystalised at the base of the bottle. Label has come off side.
