Dinner menu issued to passengers travelling on the Lloyd Triestino Line ship MV Australia on 4 March 1955. It was collected by Donald Dott during his travels between Australia and Europe in 1954-1956.

Many ships such as the MV Australia carried both tourists and immigrants, and documents such as dinner menus, luggage labels, and King Neptune certificates were provided to all passengers.

Physical Description

Thin cardboard menu consisting of four pages. The front cover is decorated with a print of a watercolour picture of an Italian bay, cliff formations and flora. The back cover is decorated with a red flag. Inside are details of dinner onboard the ship Mv Australia for March 4th 1955, printed in Italian and English.
