This object is part of the Australian Children's Folklore Collection. The ACFC is unique in Australia, documenting contemporary children's folklore across Australia and in other countries, reaching back to the 1870s. The Collection has a strong component of research material relating to Victoria.
Physical Description
Small, hand-made wooden kiwi puzzle from New Zealand, sealed in original clear plastic packaging. Jigsaw puzzle has 4 pieces, each a different colour - blue, brown , yellow, green. Green piece is a baby kiwi, the other pieces are joined together to make a larger kiwi. Baby kiwi fits into space underneath larger kiwi. Packaging has a white label, identifying recommended age-group for the toy, and the maker. Acknowledgement: Australian Children's Folklore Collection, Museum Victoria.
