Physical Description
The centrepiece of the certificate is a picture of a woman dressed in white robes, a trident in one hand, a laurel wreath in the other. She stands before the flags of Britain and Australia and a representation of the rising sun. The illumination around the border of the certificate includes three views of Shepparton and two columns bedecked with garlands of fruit, guarded by two diggers at attention.
