Summary
Booklet titled 'Important Information for Passengers travelling on the England - Norway Service between May 9 and September 30, 1955' issued by the Bergan Line, Norway House, London, 1955. It was collected by Donald Dott during his travels between Australia and Europe in 1954-1956.
Many ships carried both tourists and immigrants, and documents such as dinner menus, luggage labels, and King Neptune certificates were provided to all passengers.
Physical Description
Information booklet printed black text on white paper. Spine bound with two staples. There are three design registers on the front cover of the booklet. In the top and bottom registers there are rectangular motifs with printed text inside them, while in the middle register there is text only. On the back cover there are photographic images of seven different coins and notes regarding currency conversion. Inside the booklet there is black printed text with no further images.
