Physical Description
Booklet of ten leaves, stapled. Cream paper printed in red and blue. Contents include full page colour illustrations and descriptions of Australian, Union and Victorian flags and information and procedures regarding their use. This includes instructions for how the flags should be flown together, dates that the flags should be flown and procedures for lowering the flag to half mast during times of mourning.
