Summary
This is a colour postcard of the Exhibition Building showing the eastern facade from Nicholson Street circa 1915. The photograph shows the French Fountain and several statues, people walking in the grounds, the Eastern Annexe, electricity poles, lamp posts and the tram line on Nicholson Street. The postcard, which is unused, was printed in Great Britain by Valentine & Sons Publishing Co. Ltd.
Physical Description
A colour tinted photograph of the Exhibition Building showing the eastern facade, annexe to the right, circular garden and path, statuary and lamps in garden, metal fence and gates into Nicholson Street, notices, statues and people. On the reverse of the card there is space to write a message, an address and to place a stamp. The card is unused.
