Summary
Architectural model of Fletcher House, Roslyn Street, Brighton, Victoria, designed by Edgard Pirrotta and built in 1972. Fletcher House is an example of 'international brutalism' in Victorian architecture.
The model was made by Scale Architectural Models Pty Ltd in 1988. It was donated to Museum Victoria for the exhibition 'Home Sweet Home: Changes in Victorian Domestic Architecture, 1839 - 1989'.

Two-storey house with upstairs children's block, mezzanine study, outdoor terrace, made of natural grey concrete blocks.
