Doctor's head mirror, circa 1910 used at a mental health hospital in Victoria Australia
Physical Description
Surgical mirror on head band is round, slightly concave mirror (cracked) with small hole in centre (through which doctor looks into ears, etc.). Ball fitting is attached to back and this connects via clamp, screw and second ball fitting to black bakelite expandable headband with metal fittings. Mirror is metal backed and painted black around central hole.
