Cribbage board featuring horse and horseshoes motifs, made in 1936 by patient at Ararat Mental Hospital, Victoria, Australia.

Physical Description

Carving set on base of wood at the side, two horse shoes facing in opposite direction. In the centre is a figure of a horse's head and neck. "V" shaped cuts above horse's head. 6 nail holes above head and nail holes around shoes. On the back is a cut out groove hole.
