Summary
Mortuary table used at Sunbury Mental Hospital, a mental health hospital in Sunbury, Victoria, Australia, circa 1900. Post mortem examinations were carried out on some deceased patients.
Physical Description
Mortuary table is long and has slightly sloping slate top with narrow gutter around edge. Drainage outlet hole (waste pipe missing). Two horizontal supports across, beneath the table supporting each side of legs.
