Physical Description
Miniature pen and pencil set. Items are gold-plated with a decorative incised pattern. Both have a knob on the end studded with a piece of coloured glass. The knobs screw off, detaching completely. In the case of both writing implements, the writing point slides out of the barrel by means of a ring which is grasped and pulled. The pen has a plain diamond- shaped nib. The pencil has a hollow point and cylinder into which a lead would be inserted.
