Summary
Pack of cards in box, made bty John Waddington Ltd, Leeds and London, circa 1920-1930. The non-original box was made by H & H Australia. The cards were used in Melbourne.
Physical Description
Set of playing cards with jokers missing. The back of each has coloured print of female tennis player wearing 1920s dress. The cards were aquired in a red covered cardboard box with a silver sticker on lid, with image of Matthew Flinders as he appears in the Melbourne statue. Cards and box are not a matching set.
