Summary
A ceramic shard found under floorboards of one of the oldest buildings (1880s) at Caloola Training Centre, Sunbury, Victoria, Australia. It was a psychiatric hospital. Crockery of this type would have been used by staff rather than the patients.
Physical Description
Ceramic shard. Top has blue and white (possibly Chinese) flower glaze. Bottom has a plain white glaze. Fluted edge. Cross section is white ceramic.
