Physical Description
Prescription books have records of patients' names and when out-patients their addresses. Doctor's names and drugs with doses prescribed. Books are green, blue, red, and have buckram binding. Covers have blue lined paper with red columns. The books date from 2nd December 1957 to 9th November 1970. Prescription books are numbered.
