Physical Description
Clear, plastic coathanger (SH90.386.1) with wire stem/hook. Notches on top of arms and at end of arms for hanging garments by tapes. Draped over hanger is a soft cover of slightly opaque plastic (SH90.386.2) with a reinforced hole or stem of hanger. Heat-joined edges; bottom edge may be hand-cut, and is only slightly longer than hanger.
