Summary
Laminex chair which probably belonged to (or was used by) the children of donor Dr Raymond Marginson. His eldest child was born in 1951 and this chair probably dates from circa 1955. The chair similar to those at Lower Plenty Kindergarten which his children attended.
Physical Description
Small child's chair with rectangular backrest and wider rectangular seat. Both seat and backrest made from chipboard, painted silver on back and covered in pale grey and white Laminex on front. Seat and backrest attached to a metal frame with screws. Frame painted silver.
